We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Refuge Worker to join our refuge team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of women and children who are rebuilding their lives after experiencing domestic abuse. The successful candidate will provide practical and emotional support, help residents access services and opportunities, and play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment within our refuge.

Duty IDVA
Full Time
We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and motivated Duty Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for many individuals seeking support, you will play a vital role in delivering immediate, high-quality advice, risk assessment, safety planning, and advocacy to those experiencing domestic abuse.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a specialist organisation committed to empowering survivors, working collaboratively with partner agencies, and helping to create safer futures for individuals and families across our communities.
