As the first point of contact for referrals, you'll offer specialist, trauma-informed support to people at high risk of serious harm from a partner, ex-partner or family member. Refuge Support Worker

Join The First Step to work as part of our specialist refuge team, you’ll help residents rebuild their lives by providing person-centred support, completing risk assessments and safety plans, assisting with housing and resettlement, and helping women and children access the services they need.
